1. Ordering and payment of virtual goods

Paid virtual goods within this application, including but not limited to offline package purchases, require you to pay the corresponding amount of currency to place an order and use it after payment is completed. In order to realize the ordering function of paid virtual goods, we need to obtain the account number you filled in when registering. After completing the order, you can choose to use the payment service provided by the account balance or the third-party payment institution we cooperate with (non-balance payment methods such as Google in-app purchases, hereinafter referred to as "Google in-app purchases"). The payment function only collects your registered account number, but we need to share your order number and transaction amount with these payment institutions so that they can confirm your payment instructions and complete the payment.

2. When you update your information on the Personal Information page or use the "User Feedback" feature, we will ask you to authorize camera, photo (image), and storage permissions. If you refuse to authorize the service, you will not be able to use this feature, but it will not affect your normal use of other features of the Wooask Note app.
3. When you use offline translation, we will request your device information permission to obtain your device information as a unique identifier to verify the normal use of offline translation. If you refuse to authorize the service, you will not be able to use this feature, but it will not affect your normal use of other features of the Wooask Note app.

(4) Providing you with security

To improve the security of your use of services provided by us and our affiliates and partners, protect the personal and property safety of you, other users, or the public, better prevent security risks such as phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, and network intrusions, and more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations or Wooask Note's relevant agreement rules, we may use or integrate your user information, transaction information, device information, relevant network logs, and information shared by our affiliates and partners with your authorization or in accordance with the law to comprehensively assess your account and transaction risks, conduct identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law.

(6) Exceptions to obtaining authorization and consent

If we cease operating Wooask Note products or services, we will promptly cease collecting your personal information, notify you of the cessation of operations individually or through an announcement, and delete or anonymize the personal information we hold.

We use ANDROID ID to identify your device ID and serve as the user's unique device identification code

(2) SDK Technology

The SDK technology is provided by third-party organizations we work with. We only have access to the permissions they require. Third-party organizations will need to collect your information, but we cannot access it unless they explicitly disclose sensitive information to us. For details on the permissions required by third-party organizations and the sensitive information they explicitly disclose to us, please see the SDK Technical Specification.

The refusal of a third-party organization to provide information will only prevent you from using the functions of the technology provided by the third-party organization, but will not affect your use of other functions of Wooask Note.

(3) Third-party SDK directory

We will conduct strict inspections on the access to third-party SDKs and promptly inform you of the latest status of the SDK access. Please refer to the official privacy policy of the third-party SDK for details.

We will not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals other than Wooask Note service providers, except in the following circumstances:

1. Sharing with explicit consent: We will share your personal information with other parties after obtaining your explicit consent.

If you find that your personal information, especially your account or password, has been leaked, please contact Wooask Note customer service immediately so that we can take appropriate measures based on your request.

Please note that the information you voluntarily share or even publicly share when using our services may involve your or others' personal information, or even sensitive personal information. This could include, for example, posting updates or uploading images containing personal information in public places like group chats or social media groups. Please consider carefully whether to share or even publicly share relevant information when using our services.

Please use a complex password to help us ensure the security of your account. We will do our best to ensure the security of any information you send to us.

At the same time, we will also report the handling of personal information security incidents in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory authorities.

Without the consent of their parents or guardians, minors are not allowed to create their own user accounts.
